The first visit of the week is to Tower View Hotel, in Blackpool, where owner Jennifer McGirr is joined by friend Diana Carnegie. Daniel Walker and George Gillespie find some unwanted guests in the bathroom and trouble arises at breakfast when some of the guests try ordering off-menu

The owners visit Church Spa in East Markham in Nottinghamshire on their second evening, where proprietor Daniel Walker and family friend George Gillespie hope to wow their guests with their relaxing facilities. Steve and Lisa Tindall seem impressed, but Jennifer and Diana Carnegie question the high price tag

The third hosts of the week are Steve and Lisa Tindall, who own the King's Head Inn in Rye, East Sussex, where they hope their guests will fall for their boutique B&B. They get into the swing of things with a round of blindfolded mini-golf, but not everyone gets a solid night's sleep afterwards

Former breakfast TV presenter Matt Arnold welcomes the contestants to The Bridge Hotel Brandon in Suffolk, and hopes that his mantra of 'beautiful beds, blissful bathrooms and brilliant breakfasts' shines through. The group takes part in a rowing competition in the afternoon, but delays at breakfast and a runny egg cause irritation

The hosts meet for the final time to find out what they have been paid and confront their critics, and things get heated when it's time to count up the cash

The B&Bers are still in Cornwall for the week's second visit, at The Llawnroc Hotel, where former Redcoats Craig and Rachel know what it takes to keep their guests entertained

The B&Bers spend a third consecutive visit in Cornwall, at ex-military man Jo's The Olde Malthouse in Tintagel, where a number of B&Bers are wowed by the heritage charm

The final visit of the week takes the B&Bers to Sherborne in Dorset, and The Britannia Inn, run by husband-and-wife team Lee and Hannah. Doubts about the décor get things off to a bad start for a handful of guests, while the controversial pricing at breakfast leaves Kirstie questioning whether she's getting enough bang for her buck

The contestants meet one last time to discover how much they have been paid by their fellow hoteliers and to air their grievances. Kirstie and Joe from Cedarwood Holidays want to know why not all of their guests would return to their place, before Craig and Rachel ask why not a single B&Ber would choose to stay at theirs again. Jo from The Olde Malthouse is keen to mop up his cleanliness complaints, while Hannah and Lee from The Britannia Inn have a gripe with Jo in particular. They then learn the identity of the winner

Catching up with two sets of house-hunters at different stages of life. In 2019, Alistair and Candice were searching in Swindon's pricey old town. Kirstie Allsopp realised that their budget and expectations didn't quite match, so it was going to be a tough search with some hard-hitting compromises. A year earlier, Thomas and Angelina had sold their family home of 32 years and were downsizing in Bolton, to be closer to their family. Phil Spencer returns to find out how both couples have got on since cameras stopped rolling

Phil catches up with Carol and Andrew from Harrogate, who he first met in 2016 when they were at loggerheads over their beautiful three-bedroom home. With three generations to consider, Kirstie came up with an ingenious plan to create the family kitchen and extra bedroom space they needed, working to a budget of £60,000. Phil on the other hand had £475,000 to convince Andrew to up sticks. He showed them three beautiful homes in the Yorkshire countryside, one of which stole Carol's heart, and Andrew's resolve was seriously tested. But when the dust settled after an emotional decision chat with Kirstie and Phil, who was buying the drinks? Seven years on, Phil finds out if Carol and Andrew stuck to their decision and what they did next
